Insured Patients

Once Linley Clinic has received your Patient Admission form, our reception staff will check your eligibility status with your health fund.  It is your responsibility to understand what level of cover you have.  However, if there are any excesses or gaps to be paid, we will contact you prior to admission to advise you of the amount outstanding.  This is required to be paid on admission and prior to your procedure.

Uninsured Patients

All uninsured patients are welcome at Linley Clinic.  You will be provided with a fee estimate prior to your surgery.  If you accept this fee you will need to sign an Informed Financial Consent form prior to or on the day of admission.

All fees outstanding must be paid on admission and prior to your procedure. 

Cosmetic Patients

All Cosmetic Patients will be provided with a fee estimate prior to your surgery.  If you accept this fee you will need to sign an Informed Financial Consent form prior to or on the day of admission.

All fees outstanding must be paid on admission and prior to your procedure. 

Please note:  Linley Clinic fees are separate to your Doctors’ fees.
