Happy patients, who enjoy their stay with us, are a priority at Linley Clinic.  Patient Satisfaction Surveys are distributed to all patients, for a 6 week period mid year, at Linley Clinic.

Survey questions include:

  • Pre Admission Phone Call - adequate information relayed, helpful, allayed fears?
  • Staff - Reception, Nursing and Theatre Staff competence, helpfulness and caring specialised attention.
  • Refreshments - quality and presentation.
  • Waiting and length of stay times  as expected?
  • Would you recommend this Hospital?

The annual Surgeon Satisfaction Survey also returns a very successful result.  Many of our Surgeons choose to operate only at Linley Clinic as their sole operating venue, due to the individual attention that they and their patients receive, and the experienced staff able to care for the patient carefully and compassionately.  Those individuals requiring a more specialised, individual and discreet touch are operated on at Linley Clinic.  The latest equipment is also available for Surgeon's use during your surgical procedure, and the Hospital has full ISO9001 Certification, assessed annually, to ensure excellence in care and facilities.
